The Efficiency Expert : Why So UNDERRATED??????

I never thought a movie could be Underrated as this. And it's got Anthony Hopkins in it. Unbeliveable.

I know. I picked it up at a dollar store because it was so cheap and I knew Russell Crowe was in it, but it was Anthony Hopkins character that ended up captivating me.

yes, he's funny in dry way in this. maybe no explosions. but there is some mob violence/ mild rioting.

There are no exploding cars, squealing tires, guys flying in slow motion through the air from big fireball explosions. Nor guys in slow motion throwing themselves sideways through the air firing two glocks killing all the bad guys.
