Ben Shapiro is a little weasel who is incapable of 'winning' an actual argument with anyone who possesses an above room temperature IQ. In fact, he very rarely ventures outside of the safe space of conservative media outlets because he knows he'll get his ass whipped.
I don't even like TYT but this segment is very telling:
They make a great point: Ben cares more about Israel than about his own country (presumably the United States). Why do you fake conservatives love Israel so much? I recommend that you move there since you love it so much.
BTW, you'll be happy to know that Israel is a quasi-socialist society with a universal healthcare system.

Healthcare in Israel is universal and participation in a medical insurance plan is compulsory. All Israeli residents are entitled to basic health care as a fundamental right. The Israeli healthcare system is based on the National Health Insurance Law of 1995, which mandates all citizens resident in the country to join one of four official health insurance organizations, known as Kupat Holim (קופת חולים - "Sick Funds") which are run as not-for-profit organizations and are prohibited by law from denying any Israeli resident membership.
