Re: question
Yes, I purchased it on DVD from Play.com about 18 months ago. It was not expensive, but don't know if they still stock it now.
Re: question
amazon.co.uk are selling it very cheap for the full 3-4hrs its only 3 to 5 pounds on DVD a bargain Id say.
Re: question

Re: question
Lame cinema, and proved conclusively upon her death that she was a hoaxer.
Nought to recommend this I'm afraid

Paul, whatever other people may tell you, those DNA tests were hardly "conclusive proof" of anything. (And no, I am not a conspiracy theorist.)
Having said that, I cannot understand why the makers of this film took so many liberties! There's practically not a nugget of truth (= actual events) left in it.
I don't know how could Peter Kurth allow his book to be massacred like this.
So, as I said earlier, in another thread, it is very watchable and everything, but it is definitely NOT accurate - or anywhere near it.
Re: question
Just rented it from Netflix ..... fyi ..... this came out before dna testing that eventually proved that Anna Anderson wasn't Anastasia.

Re: question
Since the DNA test "proved" that Anna Anderson was someone she most definitely could not have been, I'm inclined to think that the DNA tested was not hers. See Peter Kurth's article:

Re: question
Go to http://worldcat.org and type this film into the search query. It'll locate the nearest library to you that carries it. Good luck!
Re: question
Hummm, now that all the Romanov remains have been found, will the conspiracy nuts finally agree that they made a mistake?
Lots of us fell for it it's true (including myself) but they had her number waaaaay back, it is just a shame that she practically got away with it.
If it happened now we would call it identity theft.
If you love Satan and are 100% proud of it copy this and make your signature!

Re: question
Try EBAY.
Re: question
If you're interested in Anna Andersen, don't watch this movie- read the book it is based upon, Anastasia, the Riddle of Anna Andersen. The movie changes dates and fictionalizes way too much. I couldn't even finish it. The children playing the Romanov children did a good job, however (at least, in my opinion). If you want to watch the film anyway, it is available on Amazon.
