One of my bucket list items is try authentic Italian pasta made from scratch in Italy itself… preferably a small restaurant owned by one family for generations

Oh, do that, rouge, u won't be disappointed. I had that experience in a tiny mom & pop cafe in Naples, back in my Navy days. Unforgettable, lol.

I've made a lot of boxed fettuccine alfredo. I like how a dog ate pasta leftovers at a restaurant in the book Stay! Keeper's Story. I think it was rather descriptive.
I like shrimp because I'm from Florida, but I'd prefer plain fettuccine alfredo and plain cold shrimp.

My favorite pasta dish it an old recipe Donna told me about. You microwave super noodles and then put tomato ketchup on top π.

Funny you should ask, as just yesterday I finished up leftovers from my favorite pasta dish, pasta puttanesca. I followed this recipe but I used a ton more sardines than she does in this video (the first one is the puttanesca).

Someone gave me some edamame spaghetti. It's thin the way I prefer spaghetti. I definietely like it better than the semolina wheat variety.
