Well, that's a pretty difficult question to answer. An all-time great movie achieves that status more because of its legacy, not necessarily because it's a flawless movie. Every movie that's widely considered an all-time great has a lasting legacy due to how influential it was. Can't really say for sure that any movies have had as much influence on cinema these days as Marvel movies like Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther, and Captain America: Civil War. All three were hugely popular and well-received by many audience members. It's much easier for a movie that's as popular as they are to find its place in the "pantheon of cinema".
Black Panther and Endgame will probably go down in history as all-time great pieces of cinema, regardless of if any of us here like them or even think they're worthy of such distinction. I'll even say a movie like Top Gun: Maverick will most likely be included in discussions of all-time great movies. Hugely popular, well-liked, and, objectively speaking, well-made.
For the smaller or less successful movies, I'd say movies like Blade Runner 2049, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, The Lighthouse, The Irishman, and Everything Everywhere All At Once will likely be looked back on as all-time greats. Their influence won't be felt for a bit, but they definitely check all of the boxes for movies that most likely will be thought of as "all-time greats".
Other movies that'll likely reach the same status are probably Get Out, Dunkirk, Logan, and Parasite.
But, then again, you might just be asking which movies I consider to be masterpieces. I'll say The Lighthouse, The Northman, Uncut Gems, Blade Runner 2049, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Dunkirk, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Top Gun: Maverick are my picks.
