I loved his performance in "Last Tango In Paris", not only natural, but a lot of it was ad-libbed, improvised, and part of Brando's real life. Everything he said on the bed about his dickhead dad was true (read it in his autobiography)

If anyone asked me to name the single greatest acting performance of the 1950's, I'd say Brando in On the Waterfront.
