From their point of view, anyone who obstructs “the cause” is slowing down progress toward equality. Using this worldview, what other reason could there be when the killing of George Floyd was so clearly racially motivated?
For the record I don’t even think the killing of Floyd was necessarily a racist act. The two had a history with one another, and were enemies. The cop had 14 counts against him for similar acts using excessive force.
I just think these people aren’t speaking from a rational frame of mind. Their intentions are good but everything else is not.
