You just need to have one of those fancy Giraffe reassignment surgeries.

And I doubt my ankle is strong enough to dance Christina's choreography. It makes me sad that I won't be able. I have the perfect black dress to dance it. No dancing shoes though so that's kind of an issue. It's not a good idea to dance that choreography barefoot.
