I don't know what Donna or Warren said, but your reply is colorful enough and gives me a good idea of the gist of it.

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
They are both undermining manipulators with all their pathetic sock accounts and the schizo behaviour is only a consequence of their drug addled minds….

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
I've got JJP on block, so that would make sense.
As soft as I may be at times, I can't deal with being manipulated. It's a complete waste of energy. If Sophie and I can be cool and chat about German cinema and scary movies, eg., "Carnival of Souls", then great that's really why I'm here. But I'm not going in for the other stuff. And sock puppets are a by-product of paranoia.
Cheeky was right about ole PM. Way too much time on his hands. And definitely delusions of grandeur.

Yes and if Sophie and her many socks, aka Jill McBitch, wants to be a pal with you or anybody, that is cool by me. I don’t like her and don't care to be friendly with her.
She’s also one of those feminist twerps, and if she wants to be deceptive and undermine others she will get called out on it.
She’s not that bright..

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
The feminist types have no appeal for me.They have more issues than a stack of DSM5's and a lot of it is to do with not being born male.
I really don't know what it is that some of these radical women/feminists want from men, if not to feel superior over them….
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
Q
a lot of it is to do with not being born male.
———————————-
I really do think there is some truth in this. Men were born with what is perceived as having "something extra", their own "toy", as it were. It really comes down to a matter of "why does he get to have that (a penis) and I don't?! It's not fair!" I know there's more to it then just that, but that's the main thing it comes down to. Also, men naturally have higher levels of testosterone and this is going to fuel creativity, and while obviously there are lots and lots of creative women out there, it does seem like most works of art are created by men. Movie directors and composers, for two examples. And then, yes, on the other hand, most wars are started by men.
This is kind of vulgar, but regarding a woman's vagina and a man's anus (points of entry for sex), which would be considered as more sacred? Put another way, I wonder if rape is as scary a possibility for men (in prison) than it is for women? And I wonder if certain women are more pre-disposed to possibly becoming rape victims than others? Like a woman who might be more sexually aggressive (movie star terms, Raquel Welch or Ann-Margret) are not going to elicit the same dark feelings from the sexually violent male as a woman who is seen as feminine and vulnerable.
Back in the day, women got the advantage of not being expected to go out and forge for food and shelter and material things and whatnot. At least biologically speaking, that's what it would seem. But there's always going to be plusses and minuses as far as the genders go. I think that women who are happy being women and those that love men and do not wish to enter into a competition with men are going to be much happier people.
I do know that, though are so many actresses out there that I just practically worship, irl, I feel so much more comfortable and relaxed in the company of men. I know there are going to be exceptions to this. And I know that I am not alone. I remember years (and years) ago, you saying something to the effect of "guys love other guys" (not necessarily romantic) and that struck me. There is something very attractive about male bonding.

I think that women who are happy being women and those that love men and do not wish to enter into a competition with men are going to be much happier people.Have you ever met a happy feminist?
There are just somethings women are not going to live up to when it comes to men, yet there is this insatiable need to dominate and prove themselves over the more masculine gender and its not going to work within the same dynamic.
I do believe the patriarchy does have a lot to answer for how they have not only treated women, but their fellow men and just human beings overall. If women want to elevate themselves to this status and be in competition with it, (especially in the corridors of power), they are just going to end up doing exactly the same things they are condemning.
. I remember…..you saying something to the effect of "guys love other guys" (not necessarily romantic) and that struck me. There is something very attractive about male bonding. And within the fairer gender, gals are going to love gals in a way that only gals can. The dynamic again is going to be different.
I watched a straight buddy of mine and his brother loving each other in the best way they could without any expectations, I see this same buddy loving me in the best way he can without it having to go into any romantic/sexual realm other than teasing me and pretending to beat me up, which I refer too as poofter bashing….

I almost wrote that in my post, but then I did not. Yes, absolutely. And it can be just as endearing and special as the man-man bond.

And who doesn't love these three ladies?!?

I love seeing these confident, intelligent and attractive women all shimmying up to each other. It makes me tingle with joy seeing these sisters in arms appreciating each other for their womanly ways and being in touch with themselves. Smith looks exceptionally feminine and lovely in that shot.
Today, it seems many females have lost their essence of just being women and appreciating men around them as males are. Instead they seem to want to push, bully and be derisive of them and many have become their own worst enemies.
We know Charlie's Angels is far-fetched as their physical toughness goes and they were really showcased as Mary Sue's, but the charm worked because of the camaraderie. 9 to 5, these women did act criminally themselves, but again, the oodles of charm that went around assisted in having the viewer on their side and their personas and need to empower themselves, even if in a wicked way, was just parody and not to be taken seriously.

Yes. And this is why there is such a thing as castration anxiety, which I probably have to a certain degree. I also feel deep down that this is one main reason why I am gay. If I am going to share myself (emotionally or sexually) then I guess I need for it to be with somebody who comes from the same playing field that I come from, i.e., another guy. Women are naturally going to be coming from a different place and I don't want somebody coveting my package! I also need to be with somebody who is going to have similar ego strength as me and that is necessarily going to be another guy!
Also, "vagina dentata", which is also a very real thing! Scary stuff!

Get that snappin' pussy outta my face Mr. Hutch….😱😱
To share similar/same, (homo), is more in tune and touch and not from an external aspect of something that I am not wholly understanding or am capable of pandering too just to get ones rocks off. The energy and desire is just depleted within the sexual dynamic of the female.
It seems it would be more like a game with the hetero dude and one would have to tread very very carefully. If its what he wants, then I'd say it is born out of a more base animal instinct.

fair enough, really. i wasn't trying to manipulate u, just showed u sth Toasted said about me u have said before he wouldn't say stuff like that. but that is going to be it. i'm ok with whom ur friends are, i made up with Nettie, too, and we get along now, so it's all good and i enjoy our occasional movie chats.
as for Toasted, well, i usually hate it when someone is being bullied by a mob and trolled and dogpiled, but Toasted really is a vile person who in an argument quickly resorts to really malicious insulting and is being provocative to the point of being extremely offensive. that's why i go after him sometimes. i feel bad for him at other times and really hope for him Carter lifts his v2 ban some day and he can go back to that board. he seemed to have a better reception among the posters there, generally.
oh and also, for the record, i have no active sock accounts here atm.

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
Nutin' is scared with Clay. While he would be considered uber-offensive to many, he also makes sharp relevant points as good satire does.
Streisand is a show pony extraordinaire and thinks because she is a woman, she has been held back in Hollywood by men, even though she was turned into a superstar by them and is now an uber-privileged leftist Hollywarped snob. She needs to get a reality check and some perspective that is worth listening too.
I was thinking perhaps the Gould shots were spliced in, but if not and he was in the audience, he didn't look like he was having a good time.
Streisand's only kid is Gould's son and if he was seen to be laughing, there would likely be hell to pay from her. If she saw this clip, she obviously didn't pay any attention because she's gotten worse since this clip was posted.

That's right. I remember reading a story about a very wealthy woman who had a funeral for her beloved pet cat, all decked out, including the procession of cars and the limousine.
It's eccentric, to be sure, but it's also moving that she loved her pet that much. Kind of sad, in a way, actually.

That was an amusing clip and pretty much sharp satire from Griffin's part because she highlighted the truths/flaws quite accurately regarding Streisand's self-absorption and identity of image self.
I like Streisand as an artist, as a person I have many reservations. She comes across as phony and out of touch. Her adoration of Biden is cringe inducing.

The left used to be about finding and fighting for a stance that would appear to embolden and make things more acceptable, uncover the flaws in government establishment corruption and even a more fine honed and tuned sense of justice.
The right were real knaves.
What has happened now, is since some of these things have naturally come to fruition, its taken it to the extreme to find some other cause that isn't quite founded on truth or factual evidence. The left now appear to virtue signal and want to tell others how they should think, when the right are being more rational and objective.
Its middle of the road politics today and left and right can get a bit lost and confused in the extremity of ideal that is still held onto, even though its a greased railing.

Well, I'm for justice, which is why I'm happy Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted
Left leaning people wanted him to be found guilty
I'm all for putting the bad guys behind bars. Sometimes the bad guys are the ones who are hired to protect us
I don't like it when juries let cops walk when it's a clear-cut case of murder and/or assault
As they did in the trials of the murder of Kelly Thomas and Daniel Shaver. that disgusts me that the juries didn't hold them accountable
Cops assaulted Robert Leone and the jury found "no excessive force was used"
Seriously???

So yes, it disgusts me when juries are boot lickers

Mr. Leone was repeatedly beaten by out-of-control State Troopers before and after he was handcuffed and also after he was hog tied. Numerous non-authorized maneuvers were used against Mr. Leone by the arresting Officers including the punching in his face with a closed fist by one of the Troopers.

Yes, the left just lost the plot with the Rittenhouse trial and even their media representation was proven to be flawed lies and conflations.

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
According to testimony during the federal civil trial in Wilkes-Barre, Robert Leone was not only beaten by Pa. state troopers but the alleged abuse continued in the lockup and even in the hospital. All of this, following a low-speed chase in Bradford County on March 8, 2010, when Leone was 31-years-old and was arrested on numerous charges.
Now, a federal jury has found that state troopers did not use of excessive force in Leone's arrest, WNEP reports:
"Despite police dash cam video that shows a scuffle and his booking photo, jurors found state police officers did not violate Leone's rights," the station reported.
In closing arguments, Deputy State Attorney General Abbegael Giunta told jurors. "all Leone had to do was stop – stop the car, stop resisting arrest, stop spitting, stop kicking, stop fighting," WNEP wrote.
The five officers named in the lawsuit were Trooper Andrew Burian, Trooper Matthew Knock, Trooper Thad Warnick, Trooper Scott Refner and Corporal Roger Stipcak.
The officers had their troop commander read this statement:
"We're very grateful that the jury took the time today to consider all evidence put before them. And we're very happy at the verdict they came out with based upon the facts of the incident," said Capt. James Degnan, Troop P Commander.
Meanwhile, Leone's legal team expressed disappointment, according to WNEP:
In closing arguments Monday morning, Leone's defense lawyer Trent Echard told jurors, "Robert Leone served two years in jail, but state troopers gave him a life sentence of post-traumatic stress disorder and brain injuries."
Two years ago, Leone was convicted in criminal court of assault, fleeing, and resisting arrest.
This was a case of the jury believing the lies the cops told in spite of the videotaped evidence
The cops were on him like rabid dogs because he didn't pull over. Robert has mental disabilities and rabid cops are known to beat and or kill people with mental illness

Re: Hilarious poke at Barbra Streisand
The decision seems based upon the notion that he wasn't compliant and resisting by lashing out himself.
Its difficult to make a proper informed opinion without knowing of all the evidence from a clipping, but it does appear like the cops got the benefit of the doubt because the dude could have been considered a threat to them and they were are after all on the side of the law and supposed justice.
The jury just didn't care for him and when incidents like this happen and outcomes are sketchy, it just has to be a matter of the cops and jury living with themselves based on decisions made, even if the cops made decisions that were criminal within themselves.
