7% is based on a recent census. I guess there may be people lying to themselves and not identifying as their true nature. I doubt it’s statistically significant but let’s say it is, might give The Gays maybe a percentage point more.

That’s actually a lot of gay people. Blacks make up just 13.6% the population in the US and 100% the population in US commercials. They make up 50% the characters on TLOU.

I quite like it. The actress that plays Ellie really sucks though. The only time I thought she was good was at the end of ep 5 - her reaction seemed very real.

It is slow moving though. Can see why people aren't loving it.

Doesn't really matter, it's the most boring thing I've seen on screen in quite some time.

I skip episodes, zone out, and I haven't missed anything.

This entire show is principally intended to forward a political narrative and entertain secondarily. As I told Orson, If you were in the states you’d find this as obnoxious as I do.

Oh really? I was intending on watching this

It has some decent places. The real issue with the show is it’s meandering. I don’t really know what’s going on. The guy and Elle want to survive. That’s the gist of it.


But every couple weeks they have these episodes with random tangential characters and the episode’s only about them. Usually it’s a romance episode. Then they all die. It’s the dumbest thing.

Honestly I complain because I liked the show and it could be good if they make some changes.
