Highlander : Drunken gent at the counter

Drunken gent at the counter

After Kruger signs in, what does he mumble?

Re: Drunken gent at the counter

According to the subtitles: "That's right Mr Kruger. You're right here, ain't he?"

Though, I doubt that's 100% correct. To me it sounds like: "That's right Mr Kruger. [incomprehensible] Lucky Strike [incomprehensible]...."

Yes you're right, that doesn't sound like what he says. I'm sure I hear the word "buck" at the end of his sentence, incoherent as it is.

I last saw it on TV and his gibberish was the only part of the whole movie that wasn't subtitled. We may never know!

But thank you.

Re: Drunken gent at the counter

He says something about Lucky Strike tobacco, that means fine tobacco. Then the owner says don't talk to the guests and he goes "I didn't do nothing—."
