What happened to you? Why have you let yourself be relegated to sub-par horror movies? Remember when you made good movies and wrote good books?

Just remember Ethan, nobody can eat all the eggs.

He's made a lot of money doing these small horror films. He takes a percent of the backend instead of an upfront payment. With The Purge looking to do quite well, he l a24 ooks to make himself a pretty penny.

Sinister didnt do too bad either and was one of the best horror flicks I've seen for a while.

I hope he keeps at it.

But would "Boyhood" be classified as 'horror'? I hardly think so! lol

I agree. I got suckered into watching The Purge as Ethan Hawke was in it. Now I've crossed him off my list of actors to watch out for. Truly awful film and he should be embarrassed to be associated with it.

I like that he's trying different types of movies. Not everything he does can be an indie drama that no one sees. He deserves to earn some serious cash.
