I Need To Know : An 80's flick

I am thinking of a movie I saw over 30 years ago. It features a group of high school students and their teacher on a field trip. They are taken hostage by a group of terrorists. They are brutalized & some of them escape and begin fighting back guerilla style. The battle rages back and forth thru the woods until all the terrorists are dead. In the last scene of the movie you can see that the teacher has keep the terrorist leaders heart in a specimen jar on a shelf in her classroom.
