The Terminal : Amelia complains men are not to be trusted. What about her?

Amelia complains men are not to be trusted. What about her?

She is the one who mostly was after Viktor from the very beginning via trying to extend their chats and asking him to grab a bite to eat many times (maybe only as friends first, but later). And she complains all the time that men are cheaters and liars. And in the relevant scene, she confronts Viktor to say she came to him to excitedly break him that she broke up with her married boyfriend and she now is a single, free woman. She implies that she is ready for a relationship with him. And further tells him how disappointed she was to find out that her married boyfriend was another liar man. Yet, the first chance she returns to him. I don't think that she found him in her league in the first place anyway (customs official Dixon was also baffled by her interest for Victor), but just teased him to alleviate the pain of breaking up with his married boyfriend. All these doesn't seem decency and honesty to me. Amelia, you are not to be trusted yourself, either, dear.

Re: Amelia complains men are not to be trusted. What about her?

Obviously she is a cheat herself. She has some issues.

Re: Amelia complains men are not to be trusted. What about her?

Totally agree.
I found it so sad for Viktor that she walked away from the dinner and returned to the cheating man.
But they deserve each other more and better to be left in the cold in the beginning than to become really fond of her and then get his heart broken.
She had too much issues to be trusted.

If you want something, go get it!
