Goodfellas : Most awkward line in the film

Most awkward line in the film

"Stop feeding the dog from the table from the plate that is on top of it!"

Re: Most awkward line in the film

"I'm gonna go get the papers... get the papers."

Re: Most awkward line in the film

Well...that's why they called him his name two times....he said everything two times. Didn't sound so awkward coming from him. :)

Johnny Carson: "It's been so hot lately that Michael Jackson is wearing a seersucker glove."

``Ì could see why a white girl would go for him... oh, no, not me...`

Re: Most awkward line in the film

^^ That whole sequence was really awkward and uncomfortable.

Don't wanna end up kissing Nat King Cole over here.. he died in 1965, kissing him now would be very awkward.

"This prick last week wanted me to christen his kid."

Re: Most awkward line in the film

Not so much a line but every time Henry put on that stupid laugh. Like when Jimmy is strangling Morrie! Yeah right Henry, laughing like a retarded hyena is going to calm Jimmy Conway.

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking!

Re: Most awkward line in the film

He first did that laugh when Tommy was telling the story about laying in the grass in Secaucus. "Go *beep* your motha!"

Re: Most awkward line in the film

BAM BAM, just once I wish I was big. It just annoyed me the way he seemed to use it to diffuse tense situations.

Re: Most awkward line in the film

Prison rapists are not liked that much I've noticed. Plus the way they made Batts didn't make him seem Italian. The real guy he was based on wasn't such a rapist likely. He wasn't a fag. GoodFellas bashed them. And Billy wasn't super intimidating either. Now the real guy he was based on is a different story.

I'm aware his real last name was Reventa.

Re: Most awkward line in the film

"I didn't put too much onions, uh... Paul."

Re: Most awkward line in the film

I swear he mistakenly starts to say "Vin" then stops himself short, and says "Paul"

Re: Most awkward line in the film

Billy Batts: I *beep* kids like that in the ass in the joint.

Re: Most awkward line in the film

Paulie: "Tommy's a bad kid, he's a bad seed. What I supposed to do? Shoot him?"

Sonny: "Well that wouldn't be a bad idea."

(then Paulie's look. Awwwwkward!)

Sonny: "I'm sorry, I didn't meant to say that."

~~~"Who do you think you're dealing with? Guess again."~~~
Re: Most awkward line in the film
"How could you miss at this distance?"
Re: Most awkward line in the film
He's gone, and we couldn't do nothing about it.
Re: Most awkward line in the film
"Hey Jimmy, would you like some food with your ketchup?"
Re: Most awkward line in the film
"Wait a couple of minutes and we'll all leave together, that way we don't look like a bunch of hobos staggering out!"
Okay...?
Re: Most awkward line in the film
At the end of this clip you can hear Spider is say
"Bozos shining in my head".
His head must have been spinning, hana.
Re: Most awkward line in the film
