I recently bought the Israeli release of the Yossi & Jagger DVD and was pleased to find that After is one of the extras on the disc. The Israeli Yossi & Jagger disc does have English subtitles. I bought it here:

It's also availabe as one of the four films on Boy Life 5. The other three movies are unremarkable. So, if it's included with Yossi and Jaggar I would buy that over Boys Life 5.
