I'm not sure I'd use the word "adorable" to describe someone celebrating another person's heartbreak. Michael was being extremely selfish in that moment, yet you see it as "cute".

I get what you mean, but he's not celebrating her heartbreak, he's celebrating having another chance to be with who he sees as the love of his life when he knew he might lose her that day.

I really liked when he showed up at Pam's art show and bought her drawing. Also, it might be overrated but I did like his appearance at Dwight's wedding with his line.
As far as one of his funniest moments, I loved his Chris Rock impersonation for Diversity Day. There are a few others too.

I like the scene in the episode where he is acting mean to Holly in front of Jan. Jan leaves, and then Michael just walks up to Holly and gives her a long hug and she tears up.

He was nice to Toby's daughter even though he hated Toby so much. I thought that was sweet. Michael was always good with kids. Except Assturd.

I liked him in the last episode even though he didn't say much. The looks on his faces were heartwarming.
Others;
his proposal to Holly.
His consoling Jim on the booze cruise when Jim told him about his crush on Pam (even though he was a boob about it later)
Basically any time Michael stopped "acting" and showed genuine sincerity was great to see.

The Halloween episode in S2 when giving out candy to the kids who came to his house. I liked that they showed that side of him after he was being such an idiot the entire episode and everyone hated him for firing Devin.

Probably the Business School episode, where in the end he goes to see Pam's art and is pretty much the only one to spare a sincere good word about it to her. And then when he wanted to buy the building's picture.

Going to Pam's art show definitely up there, but for me it's at the Company Picnic when he tells the camera that his and Holly's love story is going to be long and he is content to wait because when it happens, it will be perfect. It's one of the few Michael quotes that starts out beautiful and actually ends without him throwing some wrench in it :)

The art show would be up there, but unfortunately the Office Mattress had to accuse Michael of having a boner and totally ruin it.
