The Bubble : when?

does anybody know when the movie is coming out?

I just know that in Israel it comes out late June.

About Lior Ashkenazi, He has a very small role in the movie

He Plays Himself in two acts, one performing on stage at the theater, and one in a restaurant

BTW, The movie is quite fun and interesting, but i disliked the end

yeah i saw he plays himself and i figured it was a pretty small role, but hey its still Lior Ashkenazi, small role or big :)

Ohad Knoller, Alon Friedman and Yousef Sweid are simply great! With all do respect to Lior Ashkenazi, he's not really relevant in this movie.

The Israeli press tore the film into shreds, just the way hey did with Bertolucci's "The Dreamers", but they had much more respect for Bertolucci than they were willing to allow for Eytan Fox. IMHO "The Bubble" is not a good film, just the way "The Dreamers" is not a good film. Yet, as opposed to "Walk on Water" which practically did not know what it wants with itself, "The Bubble" is a film that puts all the dots over i's and clearly states its agenda. It is not a pleasant film to watch either for leftist liberal or for the right-wing homophob, it leaves you with a strong feeling of discomfort that reflects a present state of things.

you suck. i usually hate movies in hebrew. i dont ever go see them in the cinema and for some reason this one drew me in.
its an amazing movie. one of the best ive seen this year including everything.

I agree with aspalex. "the bubble" is not a good movie, it is a nice movie. Entertaining, nice to see, easily forgotten. But it is one that is far better than Fux/Ochovsky's past work. It does show that they have matured.

And of course, thought I have said it before, the sex scenes were really, really hot:)

just came back from israel, and yes i agree with those that said it is an amazing film.
the people who didnt like this film also didnt like walk on water (which has become one of my favorites), and uchovski's and fox's other films. so if you liked walk on water and yossi & jagger, youre likely to enjoy ha'bua.
