I almost fell asleep a couple of times,
how this film got 6.9 out of ten, i'll never understand

Oh I couldn't agree more, I nearly fell asleep too, not just saying that, I really did. I still don't know why I wasted an hour & a half of my life watching this pile of rubbish.
Just how many shots where there looking out of a windscreen at empty bleak roads?
How many times were there huge parts with no dialogue & dreary music?

I've watched many movies in my time & this rates as one of the lowest if not the lowest. 1/10

at last someone agrees, so many people were telling me how good the film is god it was so cheap and trashy

It was pretty classy, even if the ending wasn't so hot. I think 6.9 is about right. Maybe a little higher.

I gave it a 10/10, excellent performance by Guy Pearce with a brilliantly poetic ending.

Other than Zodiac, it's my favorite film of the year.

While Guy's perforamnce was top notch the story was all too predictable IMO.

I rated this movie 9. I wanted to give it 10 but didn't do that because there's still some room for improvement.

Well it's nearly a year on so what the hell. The movie was awful, dull, slow & boring, I think that describes it perfectly.
lizzie2002 has the right idea imo & yasirfarabi is from another planet, I've never read anything so incoherent in a long time.
