Has any family ever hit 300 before the final round?

I saw it on Ray Combs and John O'Hurley version, but I've never seen it on the Steve Harvey version. To prevent this from happening one of the questions usually has low totals for all the answers.

I saw it on one of the celebrity editions last week. The NFC Offense won the first three rounds against the AFC defense and wound up with something like 320 points.
