Premonition : 2 Questions

Hi. Just caught it on TV, I enjoyed it, however a couple of questions

1. Why is Sandra Bullock out of the hospital at the end of the movie?

2. Why was she able to experience the day of the accident twice?

Anybody have any answers?

1. No idea.
2. She wasn't. Her first premonition was the day AFTER the accident.

At the end of the movie she's pregnant and has quite the baby bump It's not in the same week, quite some time has passed. The wounds on Bridgette's face are also much much better, fading even. So she must have been discharged from the hospital.
