I haven't seen the whole movie, but I saw a clip of that scene and I'd say yes. The way it was cut made it look like she had a body double for everything shot from behind.

I'm not sure what the point would be, since she was walking around fully nude anyway. They'd have had to hire a body double with the precise same breast shape (since we see her from the side, you can even see a side view of her face briefly) to walk around fully nude when Teresa Palmer was already doing that anyway.

She is a very beautiful girl, but all I kept thinking of when I watched this was that she reminded me of Kristen Stewart over and over. She even had some of the same hand movements and played with her hair and sort of looked around like her. If she bit her lip I might have yelled at the tv!!!!!

Nah, they don't slump much because despite being very shapely, they just aren't all that big. They aren't large enough to be very droopy, but they have natural curves to them that implants tend not to have. Implants tend to be more completely round.
