I think that being gay or inter racial is almost a must now. I saw a gay white guy with a black daughter. He was perfect for the show. I bet the producers didn't even have to interview him. He had the job just bc of that. Standard husband and wife with 2 kids is soooo 2012. And you must always have one person who wanted to leave and the other who didn't, and they make sure they let everyine know they didn't want to leave. And almost always, they get the house they want. The other one will say "since I made them leave, the least I can do is let them get the house they wanted"
