A Series of Unfortunate Events : Who is Jacquelyn?

Who is Jacquelyn?

With a name like that, maybe she's a gender bent Jaques Snicket or just Kit Snicket.

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

I don't think she's Jacques. She was made just for the show. But the actress who plays her is gorgeous!

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

She really is so pretty.

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

My thoughts exactly!

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

A pointless character.

Ghost dancers slay together and you're just in my grave

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

I thought she might be Jack Snicket's role made female but that wouldn't make sence in the following episodes especially the Vile Village for those who have read the books!!

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

You mean Jaque, but they may change the events of the Vile Village, like they could think she is Esme or think Count Olaf is a woman.

Re: Who is Jacquelyn?

I think the problem with that would be that because so many people believed that Jaques was Count Olaf, that when he died it gave Olaf a lot more freedom, since everyone believed he was dead. That is why he wears fewer disguises, and probably why he openly commits a lot more crimes in the later books. Also, if Jacqueline dies as casually as Jacques does, I think it'd be kind of silly to have built her up so much.

I can say I'd prefer to see her turning out to be Kit Snicket using a random pseudonym to maintain her disguise. Kit is a very important character in the last couple books that kind of showed up out of nowhere with little previous buildup. I think showing her working behind the scenes would be pretty cool. If this actress had her hair in a bun I think she'd have the look (well, that and be pregnant).
