Let me start off by saying that I like Keanu. Super cool dude who is horrible in many movies and pretty damn good in some.
Now
People that think hatred of someone famous or successful is based on jealousy can only think that absurd way if they themselves are somehow capable of such a petty position. I hate Serena Williams based on her terrible behavior on and off the court. Sure enough, here come her fans claiming I am just jealous. You idiots think that your idol can do no wrong. The idea of being jealous of a celebrity is so stupid to me that I find it hard to believe that anyone actually thinks that way.
What we like or hate is a matter of personal taste. Try not to attribute other people's contrary taste to some flaw of character. Doing that is a character flaw.
