Hawaii Five-0 : Adam

Is he in prison or not? I am so confused. Due to working nights a lot I haven't seen much this season. But he helped rescue chin from Mexico, and I thought he was on parole, but this episode Kona has to spend the holiday alone. So did he get sent back to prison in between? I guess I missed some episodes.

In episode 4 of this (7th) season, we found out from Kono that Adam will soon be released from jail, his sentence reduced because he helped out during the prison break in S06E21 (see http://fiveohomepage.com/2010-log6.htm#21). Hopefully none of his fellow inmates knew about this prior to his release, or he could suddenly become very unhealthy when >they< get out of jail.

And yes, Adam going to Mexico was very naughty as far as his parole was concerned
