I am curious because I am trying find a good movie based on the Illuminati, not symbolizing the Illuminati because those are just memes. I am talking about the plot being based on the illuminati.

Yeah, Angels and Demons is a good story about the Illuminati, without the memes or NWO conspiracy theory trappings. I would recommend the book over the film however. The trouble with movies based on Dan Brown's books is that a single movie can't possibly encompass all of the wonderful anecdotal information contained in a typical Brown novel. An awful lot of detail needs to be omitted in order to compress the story into an acceptable movie running time.
