Community : way better than mother family

today i have seen 2 episodes and it was amazing, i watch a lot of good series and i think i will start with this one, but im not sure if this or arrested devolpment or parks and recreation

You need to watch all three. And watch each one in order because they all tell stories.

Arrested Development is actually funnier the second time you watch it through because you catch a lot of things you missed the first time.

I assume you mean Modern Family. It's completely formulaic garbage with awful camera mugging that is occasionally funny. You can't go wrong with any of AD, P&R and Community. Those 3 are the best sitcoms of the past decade and a half.
