There has to be something to this that we don't recognize yet. Now we get to figure out what BOAT means. The obvious conclusion is the boat where Rick and Aaron (Aaron, right?) found the cache of supplies, but that seems to be rather lame. Guess we'll just have to stay tuned.

Rosita seems to be pushing for the idea that Gabriel stole all their stuff and bailed. Which means he's doing something heroic and going to make her look stupid.
