anyone know the name of the actor that played the ex-cop armored car guard in the third episode? the sequence was an homage/copy of the armored car robbery from the movie 'Heat', and that guard looked a bit like Kevin Gage (Waingro), any chance it was him?

He was in Heat. He played a cop though. It was a cool homage.

Homage?? Really. He's most famously known for being a serial killer.

Homage? You call a blatant, unoriginal rip-off an homage? TV writers suck horribly, don't encourage them. They don't have an original thought in their empty heads.

You guys are confusing the two actors. I, too, thought for SURE the armored truck guard was the guy who played Waingro in the movie "Heat". However, it's not him at all. As another poster pointed out.it's actually the actor who played Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs (Ted Levine). Ted Levine did NOT play Waingro, and had nothing to do with "Heat". Two completely different actors.

So, the fact that Ted Levine played the armored truck guard in this episode was not any kind of homage to Heat. It was simply a coincidence.that Ted Levine happens to look a lot like an older Waingro (who was played by actor Kevin Gage).

Ok people. Ted Levine WAS in Heat - as Bosko. That's why the Heat homage at the beginning was kinda cool. If only there was a website where you could look up the cast of movies and see who was in them..hmmmm..

BTW.it's uncanny, how much Levine looks so similar to an aged Waingro. I thought for sure that was Kevin Gage in episode 3 of LW last night.
