It sounds like a black girls name that would be in the ghetto you moron. Generally poor black families commonly use those types of names.

Jamilla, Tanisha, Jahvante..etc - Black-wrong, it's American Ghetto

Actually your typical "ghetto" names orignated in the sixties when African Americans decided they wanted to kind of seperate themselves away from white people in a way. and gave their children names like that. I learned that in my history class. my grandmother did that with my mom's name. I figured you should know. And the majority of them were NOT poor black families either.
