Resident Evil: The Final Chapter : Why complain at this point? Boards are going down & This islast RE film

Why do people even come on here and complain about the films not following the video games? PEOPLEthis is the SIXTH film in the franchisedo I need to repeat that for those oblivious trolls who are immature twats. NUMBER ##### 6.

Don't fcking come here and talk sht to RE movie fans if you don't like the films. Maybe you should of taken that opportunity when the first or second film came out. Your *beep* out of luck at this point. A reboot is been in the works for a number of years and Alice has already made here mark on the RE franchise and the RE legacy.

Why do you give a sh^it if people are complaining while the boards are going down? You fanboys are so easily butt-hurt when it comes to somebody having a different opinion than your own. If you like the movie good for you, but telling people not to post just because they don't like the same movie as much as you do makes you look like a SJW who wants a safe space.

I like the games but apart from the first two movies I never considered the franchise anything to do with them, other than the actual name 'Resident Evil'.

Alice is a great character and to be fair she's as much a part of the overall Resident Evil world now as are game characters like Leon, Jill, Chris, Wesker,etc.

I've always enjoyed the RE movies - wasn't very impressed with Afterlife or Retribution but I did enjoy them - but The Final Chapter is a new kind of bad, with a ridiculous, contradictory plot and some of the worst editing ever committed to film.

Most people's issue with the movie are with those issues, nothing to do with the games. They stopped following the games after Apocalypse in 2004, and no-one really cared because it was a good setup, Alice was a fantastic character and it had tons of promise.

You'll get the odd person moaning and groaning about the games but for the majority of movie fans, issues with the movies are nothing to do with faithfulness to the games.

The Final Chapter has soured the entire franchise for me and makes Afterlife and Retribution look like The Godfather and Ben Hur.

I'm sorry you didn't like TFC.

It's my favorite of the franchise and one of my favorite movie of all time. I get you don't like the fast edits. I get you don't like missing characters. I get you don't like the inconsistencies.

But this movie had the strongest acting points in the entire franchise. Do you prefer medicore? Ian and Milla put their all in this. If someone ranked Milla's greatest acting moments in her entire career, TFC would be at the top. They both blew me away.

Capcom wanted the franchise to be like this. Either accept it or don't. But there is nothing wrong with how TFC ended. It has many issues with the movie itself, but it was a fun enjoyable flick and ended Alice's arc storyline perfect. The ending was very iconic and memorable. I've rarely seen a sacrifice that great.

Just have an open mind and quit being so close minded. Yeah I wish Paul wrote a better script, but for what we got, this was one of the greatest movies of the entire franchise and I'm happy for it.
