The Huntsman: Winter's War : Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

And in prominent roles? Two or three lines don't count.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

To answer your question with your criteria No. There is a black person in the film and he has a name, but the character is barely in the movie and has pretty much no significance to the story.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No significance??? It's not significant that he was the one who Eric had believed killed Sara? It's not significant that he turned on the queen and fought with them at the end?

"Does this movie have *any* black people in it?"

Gosh, I sure hope not!

If I want to see black people, I'll watch Big Mamma's House.

What an incredibly dumb question to ask. More to the point, it wasn't about asking a question, it was about bemoaning the horrid state of the industry, and the lack of cultural diversity, as the common herd of sheeple have heard from someone else, and cannot stop themselves from repeating endlessly.

Hey by the way, the next Big Mamma movie, BETTER have some white people in it!

ALL FILMS MUST HAVE EXTREME CULTURAL DIVERSITY AT ALL TIMES! (Even films about Eskimo's, dammit!)

And the next time I see a WWII film with no black Nazi's, I am writing a very strongly worded letter to President Obama!

Silly sheeple, quoting slogans, and unable to think for themselves in any way. Parrots, essentially.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No latinos either. Must be discrimination.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Here we go. This PC horse-feces is starting to get boring. Why didn't you ask if there were any Trans Muslim dwarfs? Surely they too must be represented in every single film from now on? You're nothing but a Trans Muslim dwarf bigot! Shame on you!!

I wondered how long it would take for some idiot to say "PC".
You think you're clever but all your post says it's how stupid and ignorant you are

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

your anger at a silly comment says more about your mind set than about the poster.i couldn't give a rats ass about there being a black, latino, native American ,or a white person in it for that matter, the only thing that matters is it a fun entertaining movie and worth a look.get over this need for every race and sexual gender or gays to be in every movie its lame and dosnt make a movie better having people in it to fill some political correctness need, good god the trends are ruining movies, now every couple on tv or in a movie has to be interracial, just give it a rest its over the top, just make good flicks with the best actors that's what the vast majority of people want.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Let me guess You are white, right?

Obvious troll is obvious.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Your TL;DR comment about a short comment says a lot about you.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

There should be no requirement to have a specific gender or race in a film. For some stories having all white, all Asian or all African American etc may be the case. To force in one to pander to a demographic is damaging to films and not something we should be demanding from studios or film makers. Let them tell the stories they want to tell, if you want stories told that are in some way different there are many ways you can yourself. It is hard making it in what are competitive industries though.

Also yes, the overly PC culture that is developing and being demanded by a seemingly very small group is going to be damaging to the mediums they effect. With extra characters thrown in simply to add diversity etc, or casting choices not going to who is best, but rather based on something like there race ("ohh but we need someone of this race as there isn't anyone else in this film of that race" kind of bollocks).

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

I am so tired of seeing this thread on every single board. Even with shows and movies that have black people in them, even as a main character, they complain that there isn't enough of them. Never happy.
I don't see any other races complaining.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

You're a idiot. OP is clearly trolling

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Yes there are several black characters. Only one has any prominence.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Ice Queen's captain of the guard.

e god don' le wen oral play w er oy.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

"Trans Muslim dwarves"

Fixed.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Thank god no. Would have ruined the movie.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

That's racist.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

I am just curious. Were there any black people in what was probably Europe back then?

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No, because the first sighting of black people was in the 20th Century, duh

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Wow are you kidding? Not till the 20th Century???? (*)

I agree it was a dumb question - as story is a fairy tale. If they can turn stuff into ice and gold and they have goblins - certainly having black people is not unusual. And I am not saying this sarcastically - just the first line (*)

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No offense but you might rethink your history education

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No offense, but you might be too stupid to get sarcasm.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

You might want to rethink your manners too. Those are pretty lacking. Also, sarcasm suits only witty or smart people. You're clearly neither.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Says the moron who took almost three months to write that comeback GTFO.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Yes, excuse me for having a life, unlike you, and not entering the boards on IMDB everyday to see if you answered. And you GFU

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

In medieval europe outside of mediteranean area black people were almost exclusively traders that came from african countries to trade their wares. They were such small in numbers no census really captures them as part of population. Back in those times the vast majority of people were born, lived and died without ever leaving their provice, so there was not many travel to and from europe from different continents. Who traveled were mostly royalty or rich landowners and traders.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Yes, but only one in anything close to a major role.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Yes, but completely misplaced The ones complaining now should be the Eskimo/Inuit, as most of the film is on their turf.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

"obvious racist troll is obvious" to quote someone else.

only one black guy and he was a baddy, happy days.

maybe you'd have been satisfied had they cast oprah winfrey as the ice queen?

perhaps you could tell me why you feel there has to be hoards of black actors and actresses in every movie black privilege?

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Your post reeks of racism. It seems seeing black people in "every movie" bothers you. That's "black privilege"? GTFO

If I don't reply, you're probably on my ignore list for something I forgot already

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No it only have your typical Hollywood token blacks. None given any roles to make a name for themselves but enough to trash the continuity of the movie for anyone with half a brain because you can't just throw in black actors for no reason other than to check off a diversity box.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

who cares? really, what a pathetic point to bring up. Movies aren't made to fill quotas.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

You must be white

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

And if I was a white man or a trans, black woman, would my idea be any less or more valid?

Ideas are what count, not colours.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Black people in the middle ages in Northern Europe?? LOL

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No, because Hollywood.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

No because this is a EUROPEAN fairy tale

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

Just because the story has an European origin, does not mean there were no blacks in Europe in that time period.

A large income is the best recipe for happiness I ever heard of.

Re: Does this movie have *any* black people in it?

You are right, the storys origin has nothing to do with the amount of black people in Europe at the time period. Actual history of Europe does. Note: There werent any black people in northern Europe in medieval period.
