PETA wants all animals DEAD, that's even their motto "Better off Dead" (which is a logical absurdity if you think about it). PETA murders tens of thousands of animals every year, steals and tortures animals, and much more. They are a criminal organization passing themselves off as AN "animal welfare" charity. The 'alleged' event did happen, and the producers haven't disputed it. Not a good PR moment for a movie that targets dog lovers. Stupid mistake. I'm not a PETA member, but I saw the video and it speaks for itself.

An investigation concluded no harm came to the dog in that video. The video was spliced together to make it look worse than it was. It was blown out of proportion. "People on set even confirmed after the swimming scene the pup wanted to get right back in the water and was wagging his tail in fact he was chosen for the stunt specifically because of his love of water. Even better, the dog was visited by a vet recently and was confirmed to be in perfect health." - via American Humane

I'm not an animal rights nut.. i'm a danish filmmaker and i can tell you this much if you use animals this way on the set in DK, the movie will be shut down instantly.. i dont care who shut this video and i dont care about the audio.. just use your eyes. the dog is forced.
