She could make a lot of money telling the public about Tom's secret boyfriends and being molested in David Miscarriages dungeon.

I'm sure there was a very explicit non-disclosure clause in her divorce agreement, which she'll honor. But maybe it will lapse after X number of years, or when some other event occurs to release her from it.

No doubt, though, that would be an instant best-seller, a blockbuster, if she wrote a book about her relationship with Cruise.

It would damage her daughter to donauch a thing as well as the very serious NDA she signed in her divorce/custody arrangement.

She probably doesn't have ill will towards Tom Cruise anyway. What would be the point of exposing anything? It would not benefit Katie at all.
