2. The Assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand (Because Rittenhouse used that war to get rid of it's foreign enemies)
If they made an episode about this, I'd piss my pants in enjoyment. I've always wanted to do this myself. WW I is the single worst thing ever to happen to humanity, it also caused WWII and the Cold War. It started the long slow destruction of Europe that will probably reach its climax later this century.
Imagine going back and saving all of those young lives. Imagine a world where Europe was not cut up and shared between the US and USSR.

Maybe they could meddle with some of the early explorers and colonists of America,
Columbus before he sailed,
Pilgrims before Mayflower sailed.
Jamestown expedition before it sailed.
Lewis and Clark
etc.

I'd go back in time and stop the Spanish from f-ing up Central & South America.
Then I go back & give automatic weapons to the Native Americans.
I'm with Flynn on a lot of things stopping the USA from forming the way it did.
I think what the Europeans did to North & South America is one of the most horrible of multiple deeds that has happened on this planet to date.

8. Hiroshima and Nagasaki: Because Rittenhouse used Nuclear Weapons to maintain their control over the U.S. Government.
7. The spy plane photos of Russian missile instillations in Cuba: Because Flynn likes Communists more than Rittenhouse.
6. The trade for Francis Gary Powers: Because Powers had Rittenhouse connections and he wanted the Communists to break Powers and find out.
5. Jackie Robinson breaking the color barrier: Because any episode involving baseball would be fun.
4. The Repeal of prohibition: Because Rittenhouse financed their organization with legal liquor distribution money and Al Capone was an enemy of Rittenhouse.
3. Chuck Yeager breaking the sound barrier: Same reason for the Moon Landing episode and Cuba.
