What happened to ALL of those Time Masters and their SHIPS? Why is Gideon the only ship and Legends the only temporal relocation engineers?

As I recall. Most of the other Time Masters evacuated their headquarters.

Smart blew them all up when he destroyed Vanishing Point, dying in the process.

Now that you mention it, I think I rem' Rip or Gideon saying that "Every Time Master is hear 4 the trial." Which is odd that any police/military orginization w/d ALL muster in 1 place at 1 time.
