La La Land : Amanda Seyfried would've been better.

Can you imagine Seyfried playing Mia ? i think she would've been way better than E.Stone who doesn't really know more than one expression.

And also doesn't sing very well. Amanda has a lovely voice.

I disagree. It's vice versa for me. I really can't listen to her sing (at least in Les Mis), but she's a wonderful actress.

fortunately, i only watched one film she was in and that was les miserable, she played a small role in it. i just though she almost ruin the whole film. i skip all films she cast in after les miserable

Amanda is a trained singer actually and she's only in two of the most successful movie musicals of all time,before talking crap try not to sound like an idiot,Amanda's voice is so amazing Seth decided to let her sing in "Ted 2".

Amanda Seyfried, nope, she wouldn't have a great chemistry with Ryan Gosling. Sorry for you to hear this but I don't like her face too. She's the girl who I feel so bad cause her nose is painted red all the time, like she sneezes all day long. Not just that, I found her not to be attractive, maybe a little like Letters to Juliet was okay.

Yeah, I have seen some of Emma Stone's movies, a few of them would be Easy A, The Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2, Crazy Stupid Love, Movie 43, a cameo in iCarly, Friends With Benefits, The House Bunny, Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past and Zombieland.

I'm seeing Birdman, Paper Man, Gangster Squad and The Help soon.

I don't mind Stone as an actress, but Amanda is a better singer for sure.

Amanda Seyfried, though much better known for acting, actually has had training for a singer and had quite a number of songs recorded. She sang in musicals before, notably in Mama Mia but also in Les Misrables.

I wouldn't compare the two, but if Amanda were cast in this film, that would surely be better than her playing the main character in Lovelace - definitely the wrong height, size and body shape for a porn actress.

Nothing wrong, except not the typical look of a porn actress. The real Linda Lovelace was half a ft. taller than Amanda and was of the "heavy type", like weighing 50 pounds more.

Emma Stone was the right choice.

Awards are irrelevant in this corrupt industy and ticket sales or not,Amanda would've been better why ? because she sings and acts better and has been in better romantic films.
