I'd love to visit that place. Kentucky is also home to Land Between the Lakes, a national recreational area which is said to be a hotspot for Bigfoot sightings and other cryptid activity. It's also home to the abandoned and allegedly haunted Hayswood Hospital in Maysville, Kentucky. The state has a reputation for weirdness.

It does kinda make you wonder. If you tell another person:

“Hey so and so, why don’t you go and kill said other person?”,

and the dumbass does it. Does it make you responsible? If you tell someone to jump off a bridge, are you responsible for their death, if they’re stupid enough to do it?
