Reagan because his economic and energy policies.

Dubya for the disastrous invasion of Iraq that allowed the rise of ISIS and a refugee crisis, and for the unfunded tax cuts for the rich that increased US debt by trillion$.

Nixon was a hippy environmentalist in comparison; he established the EPA.

Trump… well, it remains to be seen if he was just a regrettable anomaly or the beginning of the end of democracy in the USA.
