I merely wondered aloud why you seemed to be fixated on profit margin. Makes no sense.
Hence the constant whining about Glover. You're made that clear.
Yes, it's known as mere worthless speculation. That's all it is, but you're never going to admit that.
Speculation and opinion of the level you're pursuing is not a flattering thing to see.Someday you could come to see just how unflattering.
He did a great job. I can't imagine another actor in the lead making it better, but we will never know, will we?
It called insight sunshine, something you don't seem to possess much of.
Your obstinate attitude is what is unflattering.
Glover didn't have marquee light-up to help prop the film up.
Mere worthless speculation is not "insight."
He rocked that role. You can't appreciate it or think someone else would have lit up the box office like a bottle rocket. Mere worthless speculation.
He did ok, but he hardly rocked the box office, and that is the main point.
They couldn't even market it with Glover Predator 2. He just didn't have the plug a bigger action star would.
What do you mean by "sounds entitled to me?"
I think that gif explains it all.Are you black?
Beans mean business. Those that decided to cast Glover as lead weren't shrewd enough. Had Predator 2 been a huge hit, then Hopkins may have had a better career as a director too. You's be a brother in denial, like you about Glover's casting.
Good. I finally shut you down on your stupid racial lie.
What is wrong with being black
Your whining about others whining can be tiresome, but I'd say every person you've had a relationship with in your life, which would be pretty much nada, would have already told you this.
Are you that bored with yourself, that you want to bore others?
Glover is a fine actor, but he was not leading man material and could not sell this film.
Look at the budget to box office ratio comparisons and you will see it barely broke even.
It made $21mill dollars by your reasoning. That is not a huge hit.
You said it wasn't a failure by any stretch. Box office wise it was, when you compare the first and what it cost to make.
Predator 2 would have more of a cult following, which often happens with well made, but fallen short of profit expectations.
You seem to be focused on "profit expectations" as if you know someone involved with the studio.
Ok!Glover was miscast as a leading actor and he was cast because the producers couldn't secure the lead from the first and the director wanted to dictate what he thought would work better.
It was also black actor pandering in the end, known as "woke" today.
Glover did work better in that role. He was incredible.
You: "But box office! It's the entire point of movies! Anything less than a blockbuster was total failure!"
So you finally admit it. You're a racist hater.
All subjective and he was adequate. Incredible is your bonehead superlative.
I am pointing out an aspect of the main reason for the less than stellar box office of the film. Like it or not, there was NO big name to light up the marquee.
Typical woketard, that sees racism in everything, even when the truth bites them on the ass. You are one of the other racists.
