One of, if not the, best albums of the 80's

Not a clunker on there.
Not. One.
Too many songs from it did not get the airplay they deserved which was all but three.
All the songs on here are gems.
Not too many albums are as perfect as this one.

Can't judge if you have not listened to the whole thing.

I like all of 'em of which you should listen to.
You may not be disappointed.

Me and an old gf used to blast this shit, especially Number 13 Baby. Almost got tired of her putting it on repeat.

I used to have that album on cassette (got it back in '82). I listened to it constantly on my Walkman. Solid Aussie new wave album.

X's Wild Gift (1981) is my favorite album of the 80's.

Black Flag's Damaged (also from 1981) is a close second.

Here's the original version of "Down Under". This is from Men At Work's first single, it's different from the version that appeared on the LP.

Re: One of, if not the, best albums of the 80's

That is cool and I kinda like it as a ska version.

I guess some producer changed it to the one we all know to make it more appealing to a wider audience.

Funny thing is that there is probably some ska/reggae band out there that plays it as a cover in some small club like that not knowing MAW did it first!
