Yes. I wanted Batman to fight Superman and reach a result, without wimping out by having a villain call off the fight before anyone lost. I got what I wanted.

Yes, but it was disappointing though, UC is a teeny tiny bit better. The motivations, what made them fight, and the fight itself was what made it disappointing, would have loved to see Superman just take on Batman because he wanted to.

Yes, but that's because I've pretty much erased the theatrical version from memory and now have come to almost only know the Ultimate Edition. That is the version that I have grown to love.
Also for those who somehow missed it I recommend Man of Tomorrow. It's a fan edit that splices Man of Steel and Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition into one film. It runs 2:34:39.

Totally incoherent. Stuff happens with no motivation. Far more plot development in the ultimate edition. The theatrical version just had the aesthetics down, and I guess they assumed that's all audiences would care about boy were they wrong!

If you have a couple of hours to kill, sure. But, it's not really necessary and I would not recommend the experience.

Critics are susceptible to Marvel bias as well. Just because they have the label "professional" doesn't mean they're robots.
In fact, given how childish some of them are in their discrimination towards particular films, I would say they're anything but professional.
It's the one career that should never have the label "professional" you're basically giving an opinion on entertainment and encouraged to be an as-hole to the films that you're biased against.
Do you really expect me to believe that critics just drop all of their personal bias and deliver an unbiased review?
