Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker : 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
sure…why not undo another trilogy with an even newer, more poorly thought out trilogy!
maybe this time the actors could just improvise
NO,Nimda has to face his main pimp, deliciousfeet, before making any decision.

You Haters (and the SJW's) don't know what "STAR WARS" is about.
"STAR WARS" isn't just Not about Politics, It is also Not about Negativity (especially that kind of Negativity), and Self-Entitlement.
It never has been.
It never should've been.
It never should be again.
The fact that Kathleen Kennedy, the SJW's, and the Haters brought all of those things (Politics, Negativity, and Self-Entitlement) into the Franchise is terrible.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
Seriously though, Do you think that it would be a good idea if they actually had 'Rey' over the course of a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy turn to the dark side ?
Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
i think a female sith lord would be different after having mostly males. would she stay evil for the trilogy or be turned to good at the end of the third?

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
I actually came up with an Idea for a New Sequel Trilogy with Rey, Luke Skywalker, Finn, Poe, Lando, Chewbacca, BB-8, C-3PO, R2-D2, Dio, Zorri Bliss, Maz Kanata, Rose, Connix, Jannah, Colonel Ackbar, Wedge Antilles, and The Emperor (only in visions, not as a force ghost) all returning in it.
Would you be interested in seeing it ?
You should know that it is very Very VERY VERY long.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
You know since my Idea is very Very VERY VERY long, I may actually just make and put it in a Separate Thread for people to see and read.
Is that okay with you ?
If so then I will send you a PM and let you know the title of that Thread so that you can see and read it then.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
If Rey turns to the dark side she should use the force to open a portal in time and space. She can then travel to Disney headquarters and slaughter all the stupid fucks responsible for the dogshit that is the disney trilogy.
Beware the sound of one hand clapping.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
Disney understands and knows how to make Good "STAR WARS".
The proof is called "THE FORCE AWAKENS", "ROGUE ONE", and "THE MANDALORIAN".

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
ROGUE ONE", and "THE MANDALORIAN
Ok. I will give you that one. Rogue One was excellent. However what disney did with the whole 'Star Wars Legends' thing, declaring all that stuff some of it quite excellent, as non-cannon was a CRIME against the arts. The Thrawn trilogy in particular was superb almost surpassing the original.
THE MANDALORIAN was ok but they should have based the Krayt dragon on the fan fiction rather than a pathetic imitation of one of the sand worms from DUNE.

The Mandalorian was a result of disney learning from its mistakes. However their own trilogy, an attempt to disregard and disrespect the entire community by declaring so much non-cannon and the after bulldozing make up their own story was a total clusterfuck
THE FORCE AWAKENS = Dogshit.
Beware the sound of one hand clapping.

To you it may have been but a majority of "STAR WARS" Fans did like it.
I know that because I still very much remember how after the Movie came out in theaters, everybody was saying nothing but good things about it and how they couldn't wait for the Next Movie, to find out who Rey's parents really are, to find out who Supreme Leader Snoke really is, is Luke going to train Rey, and a bunch of other questions about it.
Then 2 years later, "THE LAST JEDI" came out and we all remember everybody's reactions to that one.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
She should have turned heel in the second part but Rian Johnson happened.
Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
I think that JJ Abrams should have directed all 3 Movies.
I think that if he had then we would have gotten a totally different Episode 8 and Episode 9.
I also think that he would not have done to Luke Skywalker what Rian Johnson did.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
It could be interesting.
It would fit into the idea Yoda has mentioned that if you don't have training and you have Force powers, you are dangerous.
Rey was an extreme example of a "Mary Sue" character that is perfect and needs no help and has no flaws. So her turning to the Dark Side could be interesting and allow more writing about her character, which did not exist in the films. She had no personality.
As the films move on she could be reformed.
The films could be about the constant balancing act that is the Force.

"She had no personality."
——————————
I strongly disagree.
She definitely showed and had personality in "THE FORCE AWAKENS" and "THE RISE OF SKYWALKER".

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
She did not have personality meaning character development.
For instance, if someone asked me to ad lib a scene of Superman doing anything, going shopping or talking on TV, I could come up with something very quickly. That's because I understand the personality of the character. So, I could easily make up what he would say about anything.
I doubt anyone could do that with Rey because she has next to no personality.
Her character doesn't even make sense. She's a person who grew up largely alone in a area where there's nothing. She didn't appear to have any support, but yet she's a sensible person who knows how to do literally everything.
So, she could be a "Force Person" like Darth was and is like some kind of robot made by the Force or she had some other life we never saw. Whatever the case, she just "is" and has no known philosophy that drives her actions.
You could not act out a scene featuring Rey because she has no known motivation.

Re: 'Rey' should turn to the Dark Side in a New "STAR WARS" Sequel Trilogy
What makes Rey tick?
She has never once expressed what her moral compass is and that's crappy writing given that she came from nothing, developed superpowers, and found out she's related to a monster.
She just goes with it all for no reason.
