What are ways to prevent air and noise pollution caused by cars?

We’ll have silencers/mufflers plus filters in one gadget attached to exhaust pipes of all types of vehicles, planes, motorbikes, trucks, trains too.

Dual purpose silencer & filter

In the future, there will be a mandatory law against noise and air pollution, each car produced in factory will have a dual purpose silencer/filter attached to its exhaust pipe, all countries of the world will implement it.

1) Minimal noise pollution
2) Cleaner cities with fresh air

Someone will start a factory, a major corporation, that will produce such dual purpose silencers/air filters that will be for all models of different companies. They may even have a general purpose silencer/filter that will fit most cars. Big business. Big profits. Cleaner earth.

There should be a law implemented in all countries of the world, enforced through UN or NWO, whichever method, that prevents all types of vehicles from polluting the earth further, air, noise, other ways a single vehicle causes so much damage to world’s environment. If all cars that exist have silencers that muffle noise that comes out of their exhaust pipes, and if there is another air pollution reducing filter attached to it, if they is a gadget that combines as both the air filter as well as noise, a megacorporation could be started, which sells this product only, catering all types of cars of all companies.

two in one is possible

On the decibel scale, the smallest audible sound (near total silence) is 0 db. A sound 10 times more powerful is 10 dB. A sound 100 times more powerful than near total silence is 20 dB. A sound 1,000 times more powerful than near total silence is 30 dB. To put all of that into some context, here are some common sounds and their decibel ratings:

Whisper – 15 dB

Normal conversation – 60 dB

A petrol lawnmower – 90 dB

A car horn – 110 dB

A rock concert or a jet engine – 120 dB

A gunshot or firework – 140 dB

A major manufacturer played with the idea of putting a pollution control catalyst on the radiators of cars in the 1980s, and they ended the project due to the fact that even if the catalyst removed all pollution, it would not have had a significant effect on urban air pollution.

water as noise and air filter to dampen or muffle noise and air pollution
