So I’ve heard a theory that the baby Yoda might be a clone of the other Yoda. Thoughts?

Doubtful. They went out of the way in episode 7 to hint that he's not a clone.

But at the same time, they made a point that one of the Drs in the first few episodes was working for the camino clone lab. They probably WANT to clone it to make a bad ass dark side army. Sideous obviously knows that Yoda's kind is hella strong with the force, a freeking baby can force life a 10 ton Rhino without any training so….yeah. Baddass sith army!!
