The Best Years of Our Lives : the "radical activist" was probably right about being pushed into the war

the "radical activist" was probably right about being pushed into the war

now i love this movie…watched it several times…and I did 6 years in the navy…

but the anti-war activist (really an anti-elite activist) was probably right about america being pushed into the war…and notice how fred and homer never even considered the man's point…humans are a form of hive insect, actually a primate that became a hive insect..we are the ultimate conformists, just like ants, bees and termites…

Re: the "radical activist" was probably right about being pushed into the war

Interesting that a movie about WW2 made so close to WW2 featured an anti war activist featured. Nowadays everyone is of the understanding that that war was a completely united effort and would be surprised to hear there were those who opposed it.

Most species will band together to promote their own survival. Human society is why we have been able to evolve into the dominant species on the planet.
