Akira Kurosawa's Rashomon (1950) is probably the best-known example of this multiple-POV style.

Pulp Fiction springs to mind first. Reservoir dogs also. Tarantino often uses this method.

Run Lola Run.

The Thin Red Line.

Are you okay?

Re: Movies where the director uses the pov of more than one character in the plo

I haven't seen those other films, although thanks for reminding me about Ken Kwapis and Marisa Silver directing He Said She Said and Herald Zwart directing One Night At McCool's. I haven't watched those films in a very long time. Obviously everyone here knows that Fight Club used to be one of my favorite movies. It no longer is one of my favorite movies, but I have very fond memories of it.

That trailer looks like there is way too much going on in that movie. I was exhausted just looking at it.

Re: Movies where the director uses the pov of more than one character in the plo

Great list! I've only seen a few of these. Excited to dig-into them. This was a great question as well, different POVs in film history is something I never thought to explore!

She talks and acts like Denise Huxtable.

This movie is loosely in the same universe as "American Psycho." James Van Der Beak is Sean Bateman, Patrick Bateman's (Christian Bale) brother.

Yeah, you're right. It didn't occur to me at first. It's been a long time since I've watched an episode of The Cosby Show.
