I haven't seen "David's Birthday" but there are many clips and videos up on YouTube and I have loved what I have seen. Thyago is simply beautiful but he also seems like more than just a pretty face as well.
There are quite a few male models who have crossed over into acting and I hope that Thyago will be one of them.
And yes, I read that he speaks English as a second language. I hope that means we'll be seeing more from him here in America soon.

I ran across Thyago Alves on Pinterest. His photos are absolutely stunning.

Thyago is Brazilian, it says - and he spoke a few lines of English in "David's Birthday", very comfortably - so I hope he gets a chance to appear in something BIG very soon. He was INCREDIBLY HOT just a couple years ago - an incredibly exciting young man! Let's hope he can maintain that look a few years longer.
