she is naked when she is those tech rooms but not when she is with Barnes because it seemed to me that Barnes pulls her out at odd times, not in general maintenance time. Also I think what Barnes is doing is not by the book so going against the protocol.

Most of Dolores' scenes are with Bernard and he respects her, unlike Ford who sees her as an unconscious being.

She was naked in the most recent episode, and you even got to see her breast from the side. It just wasn't as blatant as some of the other nudity, like Thandie Newton lying naked on a table (also in the most recent episode).
